FRED AMPOLINI, MSEE

Fred has coached and advised a wide range of business owners to run their businesses better and helping key employees develop leadership skills and prepare for succession.

Fred brings decades of real-world leadership experience across engineering, manufacturing, operations, product development, and commercialization. Over the course of his career, he’s led teams that developed market-leading products, ran large operations, commercialized new manufacturing technologies, and brought multiple new-to-the-world products to market. He is an inventor on more than 35 U.S. and international patents.

Like every business owner, Fred has made plenty of mistakes, learned from great leaders and not-so-great ones, and kept moving forward. His coaching brings real world leadership experience owners can actually use.

Fred lives in Winston-Salem, NC with his family. He served as Chairman of Habitat for Humanity of Stokes County, mentors small businesses through SCORE NC, and supports several local business incubators and the Greater Winston-Salem business community.
